I resonate with abstract artwork and portraits because with abstract pieces, both the artist and audience can arrive at different interpretations of the work. Portraits tend to reveal the sometimes-hidden beauty of people’s facial features.

With over ten years of experience, I can tell a story with a single piece of art.

Maria Yuryevna Sharapova is a Russian former world No. 1 tennis player who also calls the United States of America home since she was a young child. She competed on the WTA Tour from 2001 to 2020.

“I’ve always loved to hit. From the time I was four years old. It’s the one thing that can fix any problem.” (Unstoppable: My Life So Far, Maria Sharapova)

Sunflower painting – A common misconception is that sunflower heads track the sun across the sky.

Young flower buds may exhibit this behaviour, but the mature flowering heads point in a fixed and typically easterly direction throughout the day.

Zebra painting – Zebras belong to the Equidae family like horses and asses. Zebra stripes come in different patterns, unique to each individual.
