I resonate with abstract artwork and portraits because with abstract pieces, both the artist and audience can arrive at different interpretations of the work. Portraits tend to reveal the sometimes-hidden beauty of people’s facial features.
When it comes to art, I wholeheartedly invest most of my time in the art of storytelling, whether it is writing stories and poems, painting, or working on music, etc.
I also find fulfilment in having engaging conversations about social issues.

In this work, I used soft pink tones and simplified forms to celebrate both the beauty of the art form and the quiet strength of the dancer. The composition focuses on a single moment, suspended between movement and stillness.
‘Hidden Statue’
This piece explores the contrast between permanence and growth. Inspired by an Asian stone statue partially concealed by foliage. I used bold black shadows against white space to emphasise stillness, while the touches of green suggest nature’s quiet ability to reclaim and transform its surroundings. The statue remains unchanged, yet everything around it continues to evolve.
